Lidera la FICSH, representándola legalmente y dirigiendo la Asamblea General. Promueve la defensa de los territorios Shuar y su cultura, impulsando proyectos para el desarrollo sostenible y la autonomía de las 500 comunidades, fortaleciendo los derechos colectivos de sus 143.810 miembros.

Apoya al presidente en la gestión de la FICSH, enfocándose en la protección de la cultura Shuar y sus territorios. Participa en iniciativas educativas y culturales para preservar tradiciones, promoviendo la unidad y el desarrollo sostenible de las comunidades indígenas.

Pedro Domingo Andicha Chayuqui
El Lic. Pedro Andicha, como dirigente de Salud y Educación Intercultural de la FICSH, impulsa la medicina ancestral Shuar integrada con la salud occidental y promueve la educación bilingüe mediante el SERBISH, llevando enseñanza radial a comunidades remotas para fortalecer la identidad cultural y formar líderes comprometidos con el desarrollo sostenible de su pueblo.
Mr. Pedro Andicha, as director of Health and Intercultural Education of the FICSH, promotes Shuar ancestral medicine integrated with Western health and promotes bilingual education through SERBISH, bringing radio teaching to remote communities to strengthen cultural identity and train leaders committed to the sustainable development of their people.

Claudio Washikiat, actual Dirigente de Territorios y Recursos Naturales de la FICSH, lidera la defensa activa de los territorios Shuar contra actividades extractivas, promueve proyectos de conservación basados en saberes ancestrales y negocia acuerdos para el desarrollo sostenible, asegurando que las comunidades mantengan el control de sus recursos naturales.
Claudio Washikiat, current Leader of Territories and Natural Resources of FICSH, leads the active defense of Shuar territories against extractive activities, promotes conservation projects based on ancestral knowledge and negotiates agreements for sustainable development, ensuring that communities maintain control of their natural resources.
Rodolfo Walter Kaikiat Kajekai
Rodolfo Kaikiat, como líder de Juventud y Deportes de la FICSH, transforma el deporte en un puente para el desarrollo juvenil Shuar, combinando actividades deportivas con formación en liderazgo y rescate cultural, creando oportunidades para que los jóvenes sean agentes de cambio en sus comunidades mientras preservan su identidad ancestral.
Rodolfo Kaikiat, as FICSH's Youth and Sports leader, transforms sports into a bridge for Shuar youth development, combining sports activities with leadership training and cultural rescue, creating opportunities for young people to be agents of change in their communities while preserving their ancestral identity.

Efraín Unkuch Wamputsrik, como Dirigente de Comunicación de la FICSH, es la voz estratégica del pueblo Shuar, liderando la visibilización de sus luchas y logros mediante redes sociales, radios comunitarias y alianzas mediáticas. Combina tecnología moderna con narrativas ancestrales para defender derechos indígenas, contrarrestar desinformación y fortalecer la unidad interna, posicionando a la FICSH como referente de comunicación indígena en Ecuador.
Efraín Unkuch Wamputsrik, as Communication Leader of the FICSH, is the strategic voice of the Shuar people, leading the visibility of their struggles and achievements through social networks, community radio and media alliances. She combines modern technology with ancestral narratives to defend indigenous rights, counteract disinformation and strengthen internal unity, positioning the FICSH as a reference for indigenous communication in Ecuador.

Eloisa Pinchu, como Dirigente de la Mujer y Familia de la FICSH, empodera a las mujeres Shuar mediante programas de formación en derechos, emprendimientos productivos y salud intercultural, fortaleciendo el rol protagónico de la mujer indígena en la toma de decisiones familiares y comunitarias mientras preserva los valores ancestrales.
Eloisa Pinchu, as FICSH's Women and Family Leader, empowers Shuar women through training programs in rights, productive enterprises, and intercultural health, strengthening the leading role of indigenous women in family and community decision-making while preserving ancestral values.
